Monthly starting prices; terms and the final price are confirmed in your quote. Pay month by month, or prepay 6 or 12 months and save on your subscription. 6 months upfront: Half a month free (Save 8.3%). 12 months upfront: 2 months free (Save 16.7%). The discount applies to recurring subscriptions and agreed users/modules. Usage, onboarding and third-party licences are separate. Full prepayment is due before the period starts. The price of your agreed configuration stays fixed for the paid period.

### We manage customers, orders, deliveries and invoices in separate tools. Can ERP bring them together?

Yes. Nebulas ERP can connect records, commercial documents, deliveries, invoices and payments in one flow, reusing lines and terms while preserving links between documents. The actual scope depends on the modules configured.

### Does Nebulas ERP handle Italian electronic invoicing?

Yes. The product supports creating, sending, receiving and monitoring XML electronic invoices through SdI for the PA, B2B and B2C cases it handles. Available statuses, notifications and functions depend on configuration and licensing.

### How does it help when inventory and documents do not match?

It connects receipts, issues and automatic movements to the documents that move goods. Availability, committed quantities, orders awaiting fulfilment and history help locate discrepancies when the inventory module is enabled and configured.

### Do we have to adopt every module at once?

No. You can start with one module, one integration or an end-to-end flow. Modules, permissions, templates, rules and connections are selected for the process and remain subject to configuration, licensing and assigned roles.

### Does Nebulas ERP replace a complete Italian statutory accounting suite?

That is not the promise made on this page. Nebulas ERP provides operational administration for due dates, payments, movements, VAT and control, but it is not presented as a complete Italian statutory double-entry accounting suite.

### Can we migrate our data and retain existing integrations?

This must be assessed case by case. Formats, data quality, required history and existing-system interfaces are reviewed before migration and integrations are scoped; available imports, exports, APIs or services are used only after compatibility is confirmed.
