Nebulas ERP · Forfettario

ERP for your independent business.

A dedicated ERP plan for sole traders and self-employed professionals currently using Italy’s regime forfettario, subject to eligibility review.

Available while you remain in the regime, with initial and annual review and review after any change. It is not limited to the first year and cannot be combined with startup pricing.

Tax eligibility: what to check in 2026
  • Previous-year receipts or revenue of no more than €85,000, annualized where required.
  • Previous-year qualifying employee and collaborator expenses of no more than €20,000 gross.
  • Previous-year employment and assimilated income: a €35,000 threshold for 2026, subject to statutory exceptions.

Exclusions also cover VAT regimes, residency, company interests and employer relationships. Revenue alone does not establish eligibility: we review your actual tax-regime status.

Above €85,000 and up to €100,000, exit normally takes effect the following year. Above €100,000, exit occurs in the same year. Tell us about any change in tax regime.

Prepayment does not extend startup pricing or Forfettario eligibility. Reviews still apply; if eligibility changes, unused prepayment is credited toward the standard plan.

How is the price calculated?

Which quantities are billed?

ERP counts the licensed concurrency committed for the month, rather than all accounts. Modules count licensed users. Seat reductions take effect in the next period.

What is quoted separately?

Migration, initial setup, integrations, custom development and third-party licences are separate items. Your quote specifies the scope, support and any one-time work.

How does prepayment work?

Pay month by month, or prepay 6 or 12 months and save on your subscription. The discount applies to recurring subscriptions and agreed users/modules.
